In 2002 we took on a new business partner with the background of wholesale office products distribution. Due to his 20 year career with a fortune 200 company it was a natural transition and migration from our Industrial Supply background. It has become our primary business and Industrial Supplies has taken a back seat.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
