How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I had a friend with leaking basement. He asked me for help knowing that I have an engineering background. I was able to experiment on his house and got it to where the walls were perfectly dry and no more water came up onto the floor! His other friends with the same need started calling me to help them solve their waterproofing problems. This is a long story summed up in a few sentences.
