What is your primary product or service?
We have hundreds of listings of available rental and lease purchase properties in and around the Middle TN area.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Before starting Welcome Home Rentals I was in the property management business. Have managed properties for more than 10 years in Tennessee and Georgia.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We do not charge the landlord ANY fees to list their property with our service - which most companies do. This benefits you because there are no additional costs handed down. Also, it gives us a wider selection of properties to choose from since the landlord receives free advertising from our service.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location and are growing every day. At this time we have plans for extending our office hours in the near future due to demand.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Which areas do you service?
All areas in and around Nashville, TN.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Christy Buffington.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday thru Friday from 9:00am CST to 5:00pm CST. Saturdays from 10:00am CST to 2:00pm CST. Sundays - Closed.
