Bill Judkins did an amazing job on my property. I was in awe of all the things he did. Replaced sheetrock, rotton wood, advised on my paint colors, installed a new window, installed trim. Even hung blinds and curtain rods. The house is beautiful. I appreciated his respect to my schedule and his promtness. And to top it off he cleaned up everything he touched. Left no mess for me to deal with. Bill's price was on the low side of the other bids I received. Anything that was not included in my original bid, he comfirmed what was needed and cost to allow me to decide if I wanted him to proceed, didn't hit me with surpprise extras. I wll never use anybody else.
