How long have you been in business?
I have been doing business in Nashville and beyond since 1994. I am a certified Travel Consultant. I offer knowledgeable and curteous personal travel services to my customers and they can trust that I can assist them with all their travel plans through reliable vendors in the travel industry.
What is your primary product or service?
I offer all Cruise Products, Vacation Planning, Honeymoon Consultation and Group Planning.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked in customer service for Bell South and AT&T Communications for 25 years, providing quality customer service, problem solving skills and training. I am a natural people person and I love working with the public as evidence of my over 30 years service..
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I actually take a personal interest in each one of my customers and I taylor my professional services to make sure I listen to my customers requests and strive to provide the travel services they want and offer advice when needed to make sure the plans meet their need.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one location and I now work from my home. I have everything I need at my finger tips. My agency is affiliated with American Express and I have access to all the travel providers that participate in the USTOA.

I am located at 4132 Creekwood North in Bordeaux. I am 2 blocks from Clarksville Hwy off Kings Lane. Pass CVS Drus Store and Temple Baptist church.
What type of payments do you accept?
I prefer Credit Credits and Debit Cards but I have accepted under certain circustances Money Orders and Cash.
Which areas do you service?
I service all of Tennessee and the surrounding counties of Nashville and all 50 States.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I manage my company and it's day to day operation.
What are your hours of operation?
My hours of operation are 8:30 am to 7pm Monday through thursday. 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on Fridays. 10:00am to 3:00 pm on Saturday and Calls taken on Sunday based on availability. I am always open to receive calls from my customers no matter the time.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I think a customer referral speaks very highly of the servies I provide and the repect my customers have for me and my professionalism.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
I just treat all people with the same repect and dignity that I would want to recieve.
